Full Time
Manage interiors and auditorium projects including lighting, sound, AV and acoustic systems.
Coordinate with AV consultants, acoustic specialists, lighting designers and MEP teams.
Supervise installation of lighting fixtures, sound systems, acoustic panels and stage equipment.
Oversee commissioning, testing, FAT/SAT and client demonstrations.
Evaluate technical vendor proposals and manage contractor performance.
Ensure documentation and O&M manual submission.
Arrange all materials, resources and coordinate specialist AV/acoustic vendors.
Responsible for project P&L, cost monitoring and financial targets.
Maintain strong documentation to safeguard against legal or contractual disputes.
Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly progress and technical reports.
Knowledge of auditorium systems: lighting, sound, AV, acoustics.
Strong coordination with MEP, structural and AV teams.
Experience in commissioning and AV integration.
Excellent project documentation and client communication
