Senior Project Lead - Networking Infrastructure

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing IP/MPLS network transport systems to support MPLS VPN traffic and internet services from the Gateway. Your role will involve supporting and troubleshooting networking technologies including MPLS, VPRN/VRF, and MPBGP/BGP in an ISP/Telecoms service provider environment. Additionally, you will be involved in the implementation and migration of MPLS Core networks with LDP/MPLS and ISIS interior routing protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Implement IP/MPLS equipment and solutions as per the Statement of Work (SoW), design, and Methods of Procedures (MOPs). - Troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues during network touch activities, collaborating closely with IP technical support teams (TAC, R&D, Design). - Work with ION Network design to develop test plans, strategies, MOPs, and any required technical documentation as per the project SoW. - Set up LAB environment and conduct design validation tests such as FAT, SAT, TAT, RG, NRG. - Complete and maintain network topology documents, designs, diagrams, and network inventory. - Troubleshoot hardware and operational issues in the Nokia deployed network and equipment. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 10 years of experience in implementing IP/MPLS network transport systems. - Proficiency in networking technologies including MPLS, VPRN/VRF, and MPBGP/BGP. - Experience in the implementation and migration of MPLS Core networks with LDP/MPLS and ISIS interior routing protocols. - Strong knowledge of dynamic protocols such as ISIS, OSPF, and BGP. - Ability to configure and deploy network solutions within an IP Routing, MPLS/BGP environment.
