We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Lead to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd., with 6-10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to meet project goals. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against targets. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, developing contingency plans as needed. Job Requirements Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Office and Google Suite. Experience working with international clients and stakeholders is an asset.
