Job Description

Job Title: Senior Project In-Charge

Location:

Qualification & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with
minimum 20+ years
of relevant experience
OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) with
minimum 25 years
of relevant experience

Note: Experience in academic, hospital, and museum buildings is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution and delivery of high-value infrastructure and institutional projects
Oversee all phases of construction and ensure timely completion as per quality standards
Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Manage site teams, resolve issues, and ensure safety and compliance
Report regularly on project progress to top management
