Job Title: Junior / Senior Executive - Projects & Maintenance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Junior / Senior Executive to support interior project execution and handle maintenance issues for existing outlets. The role involves site supervision, vendor coordination, and addressing maintenance concerns to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing interior projects.
Coordinate with vendors and manage on-site activities.
Address and resolve maintenance issues for existing outlets.
Maintain project and maintenance documentation and updates.
Ensure quality and safety standards on-site.
PO preparation and Processing vendor invoices
Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in project execution, site supervision, or maintenance handling.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and basic maintenance.
