Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and specifications Advanced knowledge of structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering principles Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management Required : Auto CAD, MS Office Exposure To: MS Project/ Primavera Key Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the execution of civil works as per project drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility Oversee adherence to project schedules, safety & quality standards, and cost parameters Ensure that all civil and structural works meet the required quality standards Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution Monitor and report on the projects progress, addressing delays or issues promptly to the planning team Identify and resolve technical issues on site to maintain project momentum Lead and supervise a team of engineers and construction staff, coordinate with engineers from other disciplines Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to align on project goals Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Resolve technical and engineering issues on site to maintain project flow Specific Experience: Experience in commercial projects Proven track record of managing GFC drawings, micro planning, and construction processes
