Senior Project Engineer

As the Project In-charge at Keus, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations related to home automation and architectural lighting products. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough site inspections, preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), monitoring installations and Field Reports (FRs), and managing a team of 4-5 individuals. You will need to possess a strong understanding of house wiring, power supply, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Dialux Software tool. Your key responsibilities will involve evaluating site readiness for installations, advising clients and site personnel on the required standards, ensuring seamless installation of Keus products, reviewing load evaluation details, and handling escalations for identified issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving complaints related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products. To excel in this role, you are required to have a B.Tech/B.E/Diploma specializing in Electrical or Electronics, along with 3 to 6 years of experience in home automation, lighting, or relevant product installation. Proficiency in house wiring, load calculations, AutoCAD, and a strong knowledge of power supplies are essential. Effective communication skills and the ability to handle a team of executives are also crucial for success. Key measures of success in this role include conducting efficient site inspections, ensuring site readiness, facilitating seamless installations, effective team handling, structured reporting, managing escalations, and coordinating cross-functionally.
