Sr. Project Coordinator / Operations Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end project execution for commercial and industrial building projects.
• Interpret civil, structural, and interface design drawings proficiently to ensure technical accuracy and seamless execution.
• Prepare and review

  contractual correspondences

  , ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct cost estimates and rate analysis for projects.
• Maintain excellent command over

  contracts and concession agreements

  , providing inputs for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Use MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint to prepare project schedules, dashboards, and presentations.
• Coordinate across stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely progress and resolution of issues.
• Travel extensively (18–20 days per month) to project sites for monitoring, review, and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or higher qualification).

• 20–25 years of experience

  in project coordination, execution, and operations management.
• Must have

  successfully completed at least two commercial or industrial building projects

  from start to finish.
• Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in:
• Coordination of

  3 or more commercial/industrial building projects

  .
• Execution of construction works in

  hilly terrain

  .
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, contractual clauses, and technical documentation.
• Proficient in

  MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a
