Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Integration Analyst with 7 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO processes and integration, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. ### Roles and Responsibility Design and implement SAP FICO solutions for clients, focusing on finance and accounting. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful build and testing of solutions. Provide analysis and solutions for finance and accounting issues, including GL and group reporting. Develop and maintain complex business processes and scenarios, translating them into simplified requirements. Explain concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare or provide input to functional specifications for solution design. Support the governance of template solutions and bring design changes through relevant design authority or forum. Investigate and resolve solution incidents and conduct root cause analysis. Identify designs that need cross-functional input and advise others on integration considerations for interfaces from external systems. Provide testing scenarios to ensure the solution is robust for new designs or changes. Understand, adopt, and embrace agile principles and agile ways of working. ### Job Requirements Minimum 7 to 15 years of experience in SAP integration and systems process design. Deep knowledge and experience of working with SAP FICO processes in a multi-national organization. Strong understanding of SAP FICO functionality, including GL, group reporting, stats, CFIN, PEC, FCC, and BSA. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Education: CA/CA-Inter.
