Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, with excellent technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services across multiple client departments. Develop and implement practical solutions to complex problems using agile and creative approaches. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects. Work closely with market-leading entrepreneurs, game-changers, disruptors, and visionaries to drive business growth. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Deliver insightful and practical solutions, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty. ### Job Requirements Strong understanding of assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, with a focus on delivering insightful and practical solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong knowledge of EY's career frameworks and resources, with the ability to develop and implement personalized career plans. Experience working with people who are agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
