Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Daily Morning round in production line and Enuring the Good condation the shop floor 2. Ensuring no abnormal sitituin production lines. 3. Follow the IATF 16949 standard 4. Daily SQDCP Revew with supervisor 5.Ensure On time closure of Process audit NC's 5. Ensure On time closure of Process audit NC'snted as per TQM promotion plan. 7. Hourly production monitoring 8. Operator Efficiency monitoring 9. OEE Monitoring 10. Ensure Internal process rejection and action plan 11. Rejection analysis and reduction plan 12. Ensure Process adherance as per CP/SOP. 13. Ensure No customer complaint due to process non complainces. 14. Ensure the Haraz waste handling process 15. Ensure the consumable cost 16. Ensure no line stoppage. 17. Ensure No customer complaint due to Operational issue. 18. Completion of TQM activities as per plan.(QC, Kaizen Suggestion ) 19. Insure the -Scrap cost, DMC Cost, Consumable cost 20. OperatorTraining plan as per training calender 21. line 5S audit plan and close the open point 22. Near miss identify and action plan 23. Production plan V/s actual and gap analysis 24. Drive the Red bin meeting , defict analysis and update the action plan 25. Insuring the System activity (Production booking, Scrap Booking,Material posting, Reservation posting, Consumable posting. Preferred candidate profile DME/BE/B.Tech in mechanical engineering with 10+ years of experiecne in auto component or automobile industry.
