Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities in the machine shop.
Handle CNC and VMC programming and ensure optimal machine utilization.
Supervise and manage production team and manpower allocation.
Monitor production targets, quality, and process improvements.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Plan, assign, and manage manpower efficiently, ensuring optimal productivity.
Monitor and maintain machinery, tools, and production equipment.
Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
Coordinate with other departments for timely production and delivery schedules.
Maintain safety and compliance standards within the machine shop.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of programming and setting is mandatory.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
