Job Description

As an experienced professional with over 57 years of experience at the level of AVP & Above, you will play a crucial role in translating user needs into profitable products by creating detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with clear UX/UI specifications. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with all RBI mandates and NPCI operating circulars, collaborating closely with legal and risk teams to navigate the regulatory landscape. Leveraging customer engagement platforms such as CleverTap and MoEngage, you will analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for increasing platform stickiness and retention. Conducting user testing and A/B testing will be essential to validate assumptions, measure feature performance, and continuously improve product offerings. Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) will enable you to draw actionable insights to drive business growth and feature prioritization. Your core competencies and skills should include strategic and analytical thinking to develop a product vision, create data-informed roadmaps, and conduct market research for differentiation. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, analyzing user data, A/B test results, and performance metrics will be crucial. Customer-centricity with a deep empathy for user needs, experience with customer journey mapping, and UX/UI design principles will help you create intuitive products. Technical literacy in API-driven product development, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and fintech integrations will facilitate effective communication with engineering. Expertise in Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools like JIRA, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, are essential for leading cross-functional teams. You should have a proven track record of delivering successful digital products that drive user engagement and retention, hands-on experience with customer engagement and analytics tools like CleverTap or MoEngage, and working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis. Personal attributes such as exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented nature are key for success in this role. The required qualifications include a BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA degree.
