Responsibilities

Represent the customer. Actively try to understand and build products and features by keeping customers in mind. Understand the needs of our customers and business to define the vision, strategy and the roadmap for your product area Develop a deep understanding of our customers and build the best product user experiences on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products End to end ownership of customer and business metrics Drive the cross-functional team (engineering, design, etc.) team to deliver on the product outcome Mentor and manage a team of APMs/PMs

Key Skills Required

4 - 6 years of relevant product management experience overall 6+ years of industry experience. Empathy towards needs, concerns and experience of the end user of the product. Strong Product Thinking Strong problem solving Business acumen Technology grounding Strategic thinking Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for articulating.
