Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Kovai.co, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the end-to-end product life-cycle for our SaaS product. Your responsibilities will include setting the strategy, road-map, and feature definition for our product, influencing every aspect of how it gets built and launched. You will be expected to create use-cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements to clearly articulate the functionality of the product that will be developed. Additionally, you will identify, prioritize, and deliver product improvements to enhance usability and customer experience. You will be responsible for both product definition and execution of the product features, working closely with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product enhancements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of relevant product management experience or software implementation experience. A strong background in software engineering along with prior experience in product management is essential. You should have prior experience in managing a product throughout its life-cycle and enjoy diving into data to derive insights. Proficiency in Excel and data modeling is required, as well as experience in product analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach towards execution are qualities that will help you succeed in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, with the ability to articulate detailed problem statements and solutions effectively. Experience with Scrum/Agile development processes and working in the SaaS industry would be preferred.
