Senior Product Development Manager

As a Product Manager at our company in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in shaping and expanding our data-centric healthcare technology platform. You will be an integral part of our dynamic product leadership team, taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation to launch, with a focus on ensuring that our solutions have a significant impact on customers and are aligned with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product leadership to define and prioritize initiatives, creating a platform strategy and roadmap that focuses on high-value, data-driven features. - Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring products are delivered from concept to release while meeting performance, quality, and timeline goals. - Use KPIs, analytics, and market insights to make data-driven decisions, manage the product backlog, and evaluate trade-offs between features and outcomes. - Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and other teams to coordinate releases and ensure smooth product delivery. - Lead product launch activities, align stakeholders, and drive successful customer adoption of new features. - Apply logical reasoning, structured analysis, and customer-centric thinking to all product decisions. - Stay updated on healthcare IT, AI, and data platform trends to inform strategic decisions and competitive positioning. - Identify opportunities for platform enhancements, new capabilities, and continuous improvement of the customer experience. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of product management experience, with a preference for exposure to platforms, SaaS, or PaaS environments. - Strong technical or development background, especially in data platforms, is advantageous. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SDLC, and tools like JIRA is desirable. - Demonstrated ability to interpret data, metrics, and market insights to drive product strategies. - Industry knowledge in healthcare technology or Health IT is a plus. - Skilled in collaborating with global cross-functional teams in different time zones. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth organizational environment.
