Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Partner with the CPO, clients, and development teams to design intuitive user experiences across Core Fintech and GenAI product interfaces . Lead UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design to shape engaging, user-centered experiences. Design cohesive cross-platform workflows, ensuring alignment across multiple product lines and modules. Translate complex data and AI-driven outputs into digestible, user-friendly design patterns. Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design components. Deliver creative assets such as presentations, social media graphics, and product visuals for Sales and Marketing teams. Advocate for design quality and brand consistency across all internal and client-facing assets. Stay on top of fintech and GenAI trends, and contribute ideas that enhance user interaction with AI-driven tools. We are seeking a versatile and driven Product Designer to join our dynamic fintech team. In this role, youll work directly with the Chief Product Officer , collaborate with developers , clients , and business teams , and take the lead in designing seamless user flows and engaging interfaces across our platform. You ll contribute to multiple products - including our Core Risk Decisioning Platform and LLM/GenAI-powered applications - bringing consistency, clarity, and innovation across the ecosystem. Additionally, youll support our Marketing and Sales teams by creating compelling brand-aligned visual assets.
