About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in shaping data-driven product strategies. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that drive user engagement, retention, and overall product growth.
Key Responsibilities:
User Behavior Analysis
Monitor and evaluate user interactions across product features
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform product development and optimization
Translate behavioral data into clear, actionable insights for the product team
Cohort Analysis & Retention Studies
Build and maintain cohort reports to evaluate user engagement and retention
Understand long-term product impact on different user segments
Recommend feature improvements or experiments based on cohort performance
Data-Driven Product Decisioning
Partner with product and design teams to define success metrics for features and experiments
Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide deep-dive analysis to guide prioritization of product roadmap initiatives
Data Pipeline Understanding
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure proper data collection, tagging, and structuring
Validate and clean data for consistency and accuracy across sources
Understand data flow from tracking tools (like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA) to BI platforms
A/B Testing and Experimentation
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses
Interpret statistical significance and practical implications of test results
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)
2+ years of experience in a product, business, or data analytics role
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Experience with web and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
Strong understanding of cohort analysis, retention metrics, and user funnel analysis
Good grasp of data pipelines and ETL processes; ability to work closely with data engineers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Experience in scripting languages like Python or R
Familiarity with modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow)
Background in product-led growth or B2C digital products
