Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Senior Procurement Specialist.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

NetSuite

and responsible for administering the

Zip tool

, managing procurement tickets, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the administrator for the Zip procurement tool, ensuring efficient ticket processing and workflow process is taken care end to end.
• Monitor and review incoming procurement tickets, ensuring accurate data and timely resolution.
• Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information or approvals.
• Push procurement tickets through the required approval and ordering processes in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ticket status updates.
• Work closely with finance, legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure procurement compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Identify and escalate any delays or issues in the procurement process.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in procurement
• Proficiency with NetSuite is required.
• Experience with procurement tools, especially zip.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tickets/tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume procurement environment is a plus.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of procurement compliance and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues in procurement tools.
• Familiarity with vendor onboarding processes and documentation.
