Job Description

As a Technical Lead for a graphic design team working on brand and marketing initiatives, your role will involve leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful campaigns across various formats. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the creative output aligns with business goals and brand narratives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead projects for brand campaigns, content marketing, and product storytelling - Collaborate with design teams to ensure creative concepts are technically feasible, maintainable, and scalable - Mentor and guide designers on both creative and technical aspects of the project - Provide ongoing training and support to foster skill development - Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects, managing quality, timelines, and collaboration with other teams - Present creative work with clarity and confidence to stakeholders - Stay current with emerging media, content formats, and generative technologies - Ensure the technical quality of all deliverables meets high standards of performance and user experience - Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary creative team through brainstorming, execution, and delivery - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** 10+ years in a technical & creative role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position - **Skills:** - Strong technical expertise on Design tools [Adobe Creative Tools, Figma etc.] - Strong articulation of creative thinking - Experience leading multidisciplinary teams - Familiarity with creative workflows in digital and traditional media - Ability to communicate the value of design thinking and creative process to business and non-creative teams **Education:** - Bachelors degree in advertising, communications, media, or a related creative field In addition to the qualifications and skills required, having experience in brand development, content marketing, or integrated campaigns will be an added advantage. Knowledge of performance marketing and data-informed creative optimization, understanding of video scripting and short-form content development, familiarity with social media platforms, and experience using generative AI for creative automation or storytelling experimentation are also beneficial for this role.,
