Must-Have Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience

International Voice (Inbound Customer Support)

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
(SVAR C1 / CRT 72%+).
Ability to handle customers with empathy, patience, and clarity.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Full-time 15 years of education
with degree certificate & mark sheets.
