Senior Process Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Process Engineer based in Bengaluru South. The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing processes, developing process simulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks may include evaluating systems and processes to ensure efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other engineers and specialists to implement solutions. The Senior Process Engineer will also be expected to lead and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in process design and optimization
• Proficiency in developing process simulations and conducting risk assessments
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and lead projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the engineering sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in green transition and sustainability projects is a plus
