Job Description

Qualification : Masters in Chemical / Energy / Mechanical

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Boiler / Power plant / waste to Energy Sector within Process discipline

comprehensive plant engineering and management solution.

Role requirements :

PID drawings:

Prepare PID drawings in
COMOS
with correct links between the equipment engineering data base behind.
Choosing the right symbols and templates for the specific equipment
Drawing the External Terminal Points acc. Terminal Point List with customer.
Drawing the Internal Terminal Points (between different suppliers and between the purchasing lots) in line with the division of work.

Data base work in COMOS:

Assignment of tag numbers (KKS coding)
Assignment of texts to each tag number
Assignment of process sections to each tag number
Assignment of pressure equipment in line with process section nominations
Assignment of PED categories to the pressure equipment
Assignment of SIL classification to measurements, equipment and actuators

Operating data Analysis:

Data analysis of operating date from commissioning or performance test evaluation against designed operation and guarantees report about fulfilment of guarantees
Data analysis of warranty cases and evaluate on possible reasons for damages or operation outside of design.
