Senior Process Associate or Associate-QA (US Mortgage)

Hiring for Process Associate-QA having Mandatory experience in US Residential

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher with at least 1-2 years experience within US Residential Mortgage Industry
• Minimum 1-2 years hands on experience in processing function (Disclosure desk and/or QA experience is strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Ability to interact with the stakeholders in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, high volume and deadline driven environment. Must be flexible with work schedules and overtime as needed.
• Ability to assume ownership of one’s work and to always demonstrate a high degree of accountability.
• Data integrity in remote working environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Encompass experience strongly preferred)

Responsibility/Required Skills:

• Review executed loan documents for accuracy and completion. Verify all documents are executed in compliance with investor and agency guidelines. Identify any missing or expired documents or incomplete items and address with appropriate parties.
• Effectively communicate with Loan Officer and Loan Processor of all outstanding conditions and keep them updated throughout the finding process.
• Knowledge of Initial Disclosures, Appraisal report, 1008, Title, AUS
• Remain current on guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Perform duties under moderate to close supervision and actively engage supervisor and/or manager to resolve complex issues.
• Manage a busy pipeline and stay on track with multiple loans at various stages of the loan process.
• Adhering to required time frames and cut-offs to ensure timely and accurate findings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
