Senior Process Analyst - RCM

As a member of the Huron team, you will play a crucial role in helping healthcare organizations evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize existing business operations, improve clinical outcomes, create a more consumer-centric healthcare experience, and drive physician, patient, and employee engagement across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: - Possess good communication skills with a neutral accent - Exhibit excellent English written and listening skills - Willingness to work in US shift timings - Maintain a net typing speed of 30 words per minute and above with an accuracy rate of 90% or higher - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools - Solve complex scope-wise problems with little or no supervision - Interact effectively with key stakeholders - Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes facilitated by our software products - Acquire comprehensive knowledge of operational processes related to the scope of work - Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues, resolving them in a timely manner across multiple projects Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of industry experience - At least 2 years of experience in relevant billing functions - Proficiency in Excel and typing - Familiarity with Cerner applications and other related applications - Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technical environments - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Graduate in Commerce or computer applications You will be part of a team that empowers healthcare organizations to build innovation capabilities and achieve sustainable growth.
