Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Principal Statistical Programmer with 10-18 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, a leading player in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming and analysis.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trial data.
Lead and manage a team of statisticians to deliver high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Design and develop statistical models and techniques to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of statistical programming principles and methodologies.
Experience with statistical software packages such as SAS or R.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
