Senior Principal Consultant - Functional Core Banking

An experienced consulting professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. You will operate independently to deliver quality work products to engagements, performing varied and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. You will demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. You may lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Additionally, you may act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop the skills of team members. Your role will involve effective consultation with management of customer organizations and participation in business development activities. You will also develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
