Senior Practice Leader

As a Senior Practice Leader - Engineering at Coforge located in Greater Noida, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing complex engineering programs. With 16 to 21 years of experience, you will demonstrate expertise in product engineering and digital engineering, along with a strong background in handling RFPs/RFIs and client solutioning. Your role will involve owning the P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial success, and optimizing resource utilization for profitability. You will be a key player in solutioning and proposal development for RFPs/RFIs, supporting pre-sales activities, and engaging in client presentations. Your excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills will be essential in driving the success of the engineering practice. Key Responsibilities: - Lead large teams and manage complex engineering programs effectively. - Handle RFPs/RFIs and drive client solutioning processes. - Demonstrate strong financial acumen with P&L ownership. - Engage in pre-sales activities and client presentations. - Monitor financial performance, optimize resource utilization, and ensure profitability. - Forecast revenue and manage cost structures efficiently. - Create, maintain, and support custom-built applications across various tech stacks of Frontend/Backend Technologies. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Delivery Head or in similar leadership roles within engineering services. - Strong understanding of product engineering and digital engineering concepts. - Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
