Senior Power System Engineer

As a Power System Engineer, you will be responsible for leading power system studies and conducting various analyses to ensure optimal performance of power systems. Your expertise in Power System Studies and related software tools will be crucial in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead power system studies, including short circuit analysis, load flow calculations, and PSS (Power System Stability Studies). - Conduct Power System Studies including Load Flow, Short Circuit, and Stability Analysis. - Perform modelling, simulation, and analysis of power systems to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate modeling of complex power systems. - Provide technical guidance on power system design, operation, and maintenance. Qualifications Required: - 5-12 years of experience in the field of power systems engineering. - Strong knowledge of digsilent software tools such as PSCAD (Power System Computer Aided Design) and MIPower. - Experience with CYME modeling language for power system simulation.
