Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Kozhikode. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical support, managing phone communications, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Prepare and review electrical design drawings, load schedules, and single-line diagrams. Ensure designs comply with UAE authority regulations (SEWA, DEWA, FEWA, etc.). Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and clients to ensure seamless project integration. Perform voltage drop calculations, short-circuit analysis, and cable sizing.
