Senior Power BI Developer

You have a minimum of 5 years" experience utilizing Power BI Desktop, DAX, Tabular Editor, and related tools. Your expertise in DAX should be demonstrated through the creation of intricate calculations and visualizations. You will be responsible for building and enhancing semantic models, as well as applying data analysis skills using SQL. It is essential to have a clear understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and their impact on DAX expressions. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within the Power BI environment. Implementing CI/CD practices and establishing automated testing for Power BI will also be part of your responsibilities. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL. Knowledge of data modeling concepts such as Tabular Database Design and Dimensional Modeling (star and snowflake schemas) is required. Familiarity with Cloud Platforms like Azure (Data Lake, SQL, Data Factory) would be advantageous. In this role, you will manage the development and delivery of data projects using Power BI and SQL. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members will be an integral part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy is essential. You will also be expected to evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to enhance business processes.
