Senior PM Oracle (Business Analyst with strong Utilities domain experience)

As a Senior Project Manager specializing in Oracle and with a strong Utilities domain experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Define, manage, and control the Lifecycle project to ensure that quality, cost, and time requirements are met. This includes overseeing the upgrade of Market Systems to Oracle 19C, migrating Oracle Enterprise databases to on-premise Oracle Cloud subscriptions, and minimizing operational costs associated with the Oracle platform. - Coordinate demand and co-present Lifecycle infrastructure or application initiatives for approval to relevant delegations of authority. This involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and stakeholder expectations are well defined and met. - Develop and maintain procedures such as the Project Management Plan (PMP), policies, and controls to facilitate the achievement of key milestones within the project. This includes providing regular executive-level status reports, communications, and advice on the project to internal and external stakeholders. - Evaluate the project and provide feedback to key stakeholders on benefits achieved and opportunities for improvement, driving continuous improvement across the business.
