Senior Physiotherapist ( only Male )

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and diagnose movement dysfunctions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and exercise programs.
• Provide physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, posture, and lifestyle changes to aid recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and nursing staff for integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospital protocols.
• Guide and supervise junior therapists or trainees when necessary.
• Stay updated with latest physiotherapy practices and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) from a recognized university.
• Valid registration with the State Council of Physiotherapy.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers may be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with patients and provide holistic care.
• Physical stamina and patience to work with rehabilitative cases.
