Equipment Management : Set up, operate, and maintain critical care equipment like ventilators, dialysis machines, and monitors to ensure optimal patient support. Emergency Response : Provide technical assistance during emergencies, including resuscitation efforts, ensuring equipment functions correctly under pressure. Staff Training : Advise and train medical staff on the proper use of critical care equipment, promoting safe and effective patient care.
