Senior PHP/Laravel Developer

You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP/Laravel Developer, with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on development experience, looking to join our growing technology team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable and secure web solutions that contribute to our mission of delivering long-term social impact through technology. Your primary responsibilities will include backend development by building and maintaining complex applications using PHP (v8.2) and Laravel (v10.48.12). Additionally, you will be involved in frontend integration to develop clean and responsive interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3. Database design tasks will require you to create and optimize database schemas using MySQL (v8.0) and write efficient queries for large datasets. As a Senior PHP/Laravel Developer, you will also be expected to deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, with experience in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines being highly desirable. Building and integrating RESTful APIs to support both web and mobile applications will be part of your duties. Ensuring code quality by following best practices in coding, performance, and security, conducting unit testing using PHPUnit, and participating in code reviews is essential. Your expertise should include a strong command over front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, along with proficiency in MySQL and database optimization. Experience with Azure Cloud Services and comfort with Agile methodologies and collaborative environments are required. Any experience in leading or mentoring junior developers, laravel livewire, and bootstrap framework would be a plus. Additionally, having experience with .NET technologies is considered a nice-to-have qualification.
