Proficiency in Neoload: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Neoload for performance testing of complex applications.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in performance testing with a focus on non-functional requirements gathering and performance optimization.
Preferred experience on Manhattan WMS VPT
Needs to interact with the client regularly for scope and technical discussion.
Knowledge of Observability Tools: Familiarity with tools for monitoring system performance and diagnosing issues.
Workload Modelling: Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing workload models for realistic performance testing.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, capable of independently solving complex performance issues.
Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on performance-related issues and recommending corrective actions.
Non-Functional Requirements Gathering: Proven experience in gathering and interpreting non-functional requirements for performance, scalability, and reliability.
