Senior Pega Developer

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to complex design projects with expert knowledge in Pega7/Pega8/Pega24 - Manage technical implementation tasks to ensure timely and within budget delivery - Utilize Pega architecture, security model, and service interfaces to build effective software solutions - Translate complex business requirements into functional technical requirements - Ensure systems are built for change, reusable, and maintainable - Provide development support, design consultation, and troubleshoot technical issues - Monitor, tune, and optimize performance of applications - Collaborate with Production Support and Development Teams for end-user support and defect resolution - Interact with partner development, testing, and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Knowledge and Competencies: - More than 6 years of experience with Pega7/Pega8/Pega24 versions - Domain knowledge of banking preferred - Experience in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, RDBMS, and Web technologies - Performance monitoring and tuning experience Qualifications: - CSA or Certified System Architect certification and/or PEGA LSA certification - Knowledge of Pega Smart Investigate/Customer Service/Dispute frameworks - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role related to Pega - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly and demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Engineering/Master of Computer Applications If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.,
