Senior Pega Developer

As a Pega Senior System Architect based in Sydney, you will be an integral part of the consulting lifecycle, involved in various stages from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. Your role will be crucial in delivering impactful technology solutions, guiding project teams, contributing to proposal development, and supporting client training and internal capability-building. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Pega-based applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements to meet customer needs. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in providing leadership and mentorship to teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, and contributing to process automation initiatives using BPM solutions. Additionally, you will be required to prepare design documents, technical effort estimates, and ensure that the delivered solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, and solution development. You should possess hands-on experience in Pega v8.x/Infinity and Pega frameworks, along with a Pega CSSA certification in v8.x or Infinity. Strong knowledge of J2EE, .NET, web development, and deep understanding of PRPC architecture, design, and implementation features are essential. Consulting experience and the ability to work in a dynamic consulting environment with potential travel are also preferred qualifications.
