As a Sr. PD/ Production Coordinator at URBN, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from style creation to the delivery of finished goods. Your role will involve working closely with both In Region & North America management to ensure the creation of aesthetically pleasing styles that meet quality standards and on-time delivery. Additionally, you will develop strategies to meet design and merchant expectations while supporting global expansion and speed-to-customer initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate and execute Designs vision by allocating products and sourcing materials that meet aesthetic and timing requirements - Develop relationships with suppliers to align category business needs and foster successful partnerships - Build key relationships between stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency, and speed to market initiatives - Own individual style development to align with Designs vision, quality, and cost requirements - Achieve seasonal calendar actualization and analyze opportunities for Merchant adoption rates - Manage production time and action for on-time product delivery - Review and analyze factory and brand reports for areas of improvement - Manage TOP process/standards and Shipping Compliance results in conjunction with the DC **Qualifications:** - Progressive sourcing experience in a fast-paced apparel environment, preferably in specialty retail or direct-to-consumer - Track record of building relationships with cross-functional partners and offering innovative solutions - Experience in process improvement and operational efficiencies - Motivated by deadlines and challenges, working with a high sense of integrity and urgency - Effective communication skills in English - Major in Fashion, Supply Chain, or related field In addition to the challenging role, URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees including medical, dental, vision, PTO, generous employee discounts, retirement savings, and more.
