Senior PD and Production Coordinator

As a Senior Product Development/Production Coordinator at URBN, you will be responsible for managing the entire process from style creation to the delivery of finished goods. Reporting to both In Region & North America management, your role will involve ensuring the creation of aesthetically pleasing styles that meet quality standards and are delivered on time. You will be tasked with developing strategies to meet design and merchant expectations, supporting global expansion, and speed-to-customer initiatives. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and executing design vision, sourcing materials that meet product margin and timing requirements, and building relationships with the supplier base to align with category business needs. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and reduce weeks of supply. Additionally, you will own individual style development, ensuring they align with the brand's vision, quality standards, and cost requirements. You will be expected to achieve seasonal calendar actualization, analyze opportunities for improvement, manage production time and action, review factory and brand reports, and ensure shipping compliance. Building strong relationships with cross-functional partners, offering innovative solutions to sourcing challenges, and implementing operational efficiencies will be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate will have progressive sourcing experience in a fast-paced apparel environment, with specialty retail or direct-to-consumer experience preferred. You should have a track record of building relationships, process improvement capabilities, and the ability to work with integrity and urgency. Effective communication in English and a major in Fashion, Supply Chain, or related field are required qualifications.
