Senior Payroll Administrator

As an integral part of our dynamic team, you will be contributing to the energy transition by leveraging your expertise in finance and accounting. Your role will involve various key tasks and responsibilities, including processing garnishment and audit functions, cross-training on different processes, identifying process improvement opportunities, researching and resolving issues, and documenting processes for audit response and garnishments. You will play a crucial role in reviewing and setting up wage attachment orders, maintaining and documenting audit and wage attachment processes, compiling reports as required, responding to internal and external audit requests, and resolving related issues. Additionally, you will be expected to challenge existing practices and procedures to drive continuous improvements in policy, procedures, and systems as the business evolves. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Your ability to multitask, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, collaborate as a team player, and work independently will be critical to your success in this position.
