Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Perforce Software as a Partner Ecosystem Manager - India for their Data Management, Compliance, and Testing brands. Your main responsibility will be to strategically recruit, enable, and drive sales through and with partners to end-user customers and prospects. Your expertise in collaborating with value-added resellers, distributors, global system integrators, and cloud providers will be crucial in identifying incremental sales opportunities and accelerating existing sales campaigns. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing Perforce's professional services delivery teams through strong know-how in enterprise software and solution selling. Your objective will be to expand business reach through a non-competing, co-selling partner program. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the territory - Drive partner-driven sales activity to consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets - Proactively recruit, qualify, and onboard high-potential partners - Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities within the partner ecosystem - Execute plans to develop partners" sales, pre-sales, and delivery capabilities on the Perforce Solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributor, value-added resellers, and global systems integrators - Identify and execute joint marketing campaigns, win/success stories, and case studies with partners - Provide regular governance of sales analysis, pipeline reviews, and revenue opportunities - Manage potential partner conflict by fostering excellent communication and adhering to partner rules of engagement - Maintain in-depth knowledge of Perforce products and industry trends Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in partner sales with value-added resellers, distribution, and global system integrators - Strong strategic planning and execution skills - Proven history of exceeding software sales quotas through strategic partners - Experience selling alongside partners at the CxO and Senior Sales Business Manager levels - Superior presentation, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time (Note: This is a requirement for one of Uplers" clients - Perforce Software),
