Job Summary

Maadhu Creatives is hiring a Senior Painter to join our creative production team in Vasai, Maharashtra. We are looking for someone with strong painting skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to lead painting work on models and custom projects. If you have hands-on experience in painting, enjoy working in a creative environment, and are confident managing quality and timelines, this role could be a great fit for you.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Painter, you will manage the entire painting process and ensure every project is finished with precision and care. You will also train and guide junior painters and maintain the painting workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform spray painting, hand painting, airbrushing, masking, and detailing on models and creative items

• Select and apply the right paints, primers, and coatings as per project needs

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, and priming to ensure smooth finishes

• Mix and match colors to match custom or standard requirements

• Lead junior painters and provide training and feedback

• Ensure quality control throughout all stages of painting

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized painting area

• Work with design and production teams to understand project needs

• Keep records of materials used and assist with stock and inventory

• Complete painting work within set timelines while maintaining high quality

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone who is experienced, responsible, and skilled in handling various painting techniques. You should be able to manage your tasks independently while guiding others when needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in painting

• Strong skills in spray painting, hand painting, airbrushing, masking, and finishing

• Good understanding of color theory and surface preparation

• Ability to lead a team and communicate instructions clearly

• Quality-focused with strong attention to detail

• Able to work safely, cleanly, and efficiently in a workshop setting.
