Job Summary

As an Industrial Carpenter at Maadhu Creatives, you will play a key role in building, assembling, and maintaining various custom-made wooden structures and models. This position demands a keen eye for detail, expert-level woodworking skills, and the ability to collaborate efficiently within a creative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches accurately.

• Select and prepare appropriate materials such as wood, plastic, or engineered materials.

• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, smooth, and assemble model components.

• Build and install wooden frameworks, doors, cabinets, and other fixtures.

• Inspect final models and structures for quality, accuracy, and alignment with design specifications.

• Maintain all carpentry tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Identify and carry out necessary repairs on wooden parts or installations.

• Comply with workplace safety standards and company protocols at all times.

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial carpentry or a related field.

• Strong understanding of woodworking materials, tools, and techniques.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.

• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

• Physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.

• Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

• Collaborative attitude with good communication skills.
