As an experienced professional with 3-7 years of relevant experience working in Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, and Inventory, you will play a crucial role in the following responsibilities and accountabilities: - Gather and document requirements using AIM or other prescribed methodologies - Maintain and enhance Oracle SCM modules - Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews and discussions - Map client requirements against Oracle EBS SCM Modules - Interpret functional requirements and design solutions from offshore - Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap, Training, and Testing sessions - Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs - Prepare quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases - Conduct training sessions - Support Project Management Office (PMO) Your competencies and skills should include: - Strong communication skills to translate requirements into design documents - Customer handling skills to lead and mentor team members - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Quick absorption and application of complex business knowledge - Teamwork, following defined release management processes, and multitasking while focusing on release priorities - Must possess a valid passport as client site work and business traveling is involved Your education requirement is a Professional or Management Degree.
