Senior Oracle PPM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of Oracle PPM functional consultants throughout project lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into functional Oracle PPM solutions.
• Oversee

  end-to-end implementations

  , ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with project timelines and business outcomes.
• Provide

  expert guidance on Oracle Cloud PPM modules

  including

  Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Resource Management

  , and

  Grants Management

  (if applicable).
• Review and validate solution designs, configurations, and functional specifications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, technical, and integration teams.
• Conduct design workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training.
• Establish governance practices for issue management, change control, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and upskill junior team members in Oracle Cloud PPM and related modules.
• Support pre-sales and solution design activities as a domain expert when required.
  

Basic Requirements :

• 12+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  Oracle PPM

  with at least

  4+ full-cycle implementations

  in

  Oracle Fusion/Cloud PPM

  .
• Strong functional knowledge of

  Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Resource Management

  modules.
• Proven experience leading

  project teams and client engagements

  in consulting or enterprise delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide

  strategic functional direction

  and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.
• Exposure to

  AI/ML integrations

  ,

  analytics

  , or

  automation in project management

  will be an advantage.
• Experience with

  data governance, compliance

  , and

  security best practices

• Willingness to travel to

  Abu Dhabi
