Senior Oracle HCM Cloud - BI Developer

You will be responsible for leveraging your 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing specifically on developing OTBI and BI reports. Your role will entail designing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. Your background should include a robust understanding of business processes and data structures within HCM modules. You should possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be proficient in troubleshooting BI reports, performance tuning, and data visualization, demonstrating your ability to independently manage end-to-end report development and enhancements. Candidates who can join immediately or have a notice period of up to 45 days or less will be given preference for this full-time position. An educational background with a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (10 years), OTBI/BI Publisher (10 years), and HCM Modules (10 years).
