Senior Oracle HCM Cloud - BI Developer

You will be responsible for leveraging your 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud to develop OTBI and BI reports. Your role will involve designing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions, focusing on data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks. Your ability to translate raw data into actionable insights will support strategic decision-making within the organization. As a seasoned professional, you will demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Your expertise in understanding business processes and data structures in HCM modules will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Troubleshooting BI reports, performance tuning, and data visualization will also be part of your responsibilities. We are looking for candidates who can independently handle end-to-end report development and enhancements.
