Job Description

As a Van Pickup and Delivery Service Operator, your role will involve efficiently managing the pickup and delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally - Delivering shipments to the correct customers - Following processes like POD, FOD, DOD, and COD - Maintaining the delivery run sheet - Ensuring accurate status codes for undelivered shipments - Meeting Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) and achieving Service Quality (SQ) targets - Handling COD, DOD, FOD on the same day - Handing over undelivered shipments to the supervisor - Managing the appointment delivery process - Adhering to a proper dress code with a customer-centric approach To qualify for this role, you should have: - Familiarity with standard operating procedures for pickup and delivery - Ability to execute airway bills and tally shipments accurately - Attention to detail when inspecting packages at pickup locations - Good time management skills for on-time pickups and deliveries - Knowledge of relevant regulatory paperwork collection procedures (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
