Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in Quarterly Financial reporting including review of month close process of multiple legal entities.
Assist in accounting of Accounts payable, Receivable, Fixed asset and other entries related to overseas entities
Preparation of Accounts receivable statements & Follow up on overdue
Preparation of MIS Reports on financial performance for overseas group entities
Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial close process across group companies
Oversee accounts payables and receivables and Cash balances at group entities ensuring balances are regularly reviewed and cleared
Providing timely audit support
Maintenance of documentation related to Compliances (Resolutions & filings) and support statutory compliances as necessary
Perform additional duties or assignments as directed, ensuring timely and quality completion.

Key Result Area:

MIS Reporting, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Month close process.

Desired Profile :-

CA Inter/CMA Inter/B.Com with F&A Experience/MBA Finance/CA Fresher.
CA freshers with Article ship experience/Others with 3-6 +years of experience in MIS.
Reporting/Accounts payable.
Experience in Manufacturing is a plus.
Hands on experience in using ERP Systems & MS Excel.
